In ancient times, authors talked at length about the beams sent out by planets, and how these beams mix qualities in order to incite the action of aspects (the angles between planet in the chart). During this class, we will learn these philosophies in order to inform our future work on planetary angles. Also, we will take a look into the classifications of nocturnal and diurnal planets and charts, and the manner in which this informs chart delineation.
