Did you know how you view food is a window into how nourishing you are allowing your life to be? When your food behaviors feel crazy making or obsessive, it can hold your whole life back from being nourishing. At the same time, looking through this window gives you a chance to see your unconscious beliefs about the world and how safe it is to be YOU.
From an astrological perspective, understanding his relationship for yourself can give you depth and insight, as well as help you begin to have these delicate conversations with your clients. Looking at the moon’s role in relationship to the mother and nourishment in general, we will explore the emotional and unconscious connections that keep so many of us feeling like we are in food/body prison, unable to relax in our own skin. Since this is such a personal topic, the focus of this class will be on your own relationship to food and your body, but the principles of the class will give you tools for how to approach these topics with your own clients, should you choose to do so.
