New Faculty for 2014/2015 School Year

Please welcome Carol Ferris!

Carol Ferris has been an instructor at the medical college National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) and the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) for a number of years as well as decades of Astrological consultation experience. Carol is a recent MA graduate from Maryhurst University and completed a thesis titled "The Sky's Body: Constellations and Medicine," which delineates the relationship of the macrocosm of the heavens to the microcosm of the body in both western and Chinese cultures. 

Carol brings with her not only an impressive teaching credential, loads of practical Astrological consultation experience and a hunger for learning but also a scholarly look at cosmologies, both western and eastern as well as understanding Medical Astrology and the body. 

Carol will be teaching in the Quarterly Term Schedule each quarter as well as bringing in her decades of experience to the 1st-Year Program. Welcome Carol!
